Terms

No contract. Month to month, with 30 days notice to stop.
The monthly plan is charged from the day your numbers go live.
Invoiced monthly in advance, payable within 14 days by bank transfer.
Customer numbers are estimates. If you near your plan's limit we tell you first. Nothing extra is charged without your written go-ahead.
The WhatsApp Business accounts stay in Obalay's name. Meta bills its WhatsApp message fees to your own account directly.

Your data

Your customer data and chats belong to you. You can export them at any time, and have them deleted when you stop.
Hosted in Singapore. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Backed up daily.
Staff see only what their role allows. Staff logins open the inbox and dashboard only.
Set a limit per customer. If a contact reaches it, the AI pauses and tells your admin, so spam cannot use up your plan.
The AI provider's terms prohibit keeping customer data or using it for training.
We read your Shopify, Airtable and calendar only after you give us access, and only what we agree.

One date for everything. Most of it is a forward, a share or a quick call, and we do the rest for you. The chats set the pace, because we cannot train the AI without them.

1. Your Wati chatsThe 4,000 chat files exported from Wati, and the latest chats for us to study. Thank you for the first batch yesterday. Send the rest as they export.

2. Signed NDAWe send it today. Sign it on your phone.

3. Shopify accessInvite our team as staff on your store, with only the access we agree. We list exactly what we read and write.

4. Airtable accessShare the main base with us. A 15 minute call to explain which fields mean what is enough.

5. Google CalendarShare the installation calendar with our account. You also add the embedded calendar to your website, and we send you the code.

6. Your three WhatsApp numbersAn admin login on your Meta Business account, and on Wati, for each number. Our engineers review your Wati setup with you before the last number moves.

7. Your quotation formulaThe area formula, the price list and any rules. A voice note is fine. Tell us which discounts only a person may give.

8. Your routing rulesWho gets pre-sales and who gets post-sales, and your exceptions for past clients buying for a new house.

9. Your SOPs and product notesWhatever you already have, in any format. We shape it for you.

10. Your team listWho needs an owner, admin or staff login. Everyone who will train from 23 November.
